		<description>Hey Diana - here&#039;s  a trick from your &quot;hapa&quot; Twitter buddy (half Japanese) - when slicing sushi, have a damp clean dishtowel nearby. Swipe the knife so that the stickiness of the rice from each cut is removed and the knife is very slightly damp. This will make it slice the rolls much more cleanly!
