		<description>Shrimp itself certainly isn&#039;t cheap, but if you can save up for a couple of months and buy a bulk amount of unshelled shrimp it stretches really well and makes things like beans and rice more enjoyable.  I use 3-4 per person in pasta, curry, etc and it only raises the cost of the dish by about 50 cents!</description>
